General Overview of a Typical Day: I get up with a morning cup of coffee and go for either a 4 mile walk or a 4 mile run, when I return I check in with my family and have some breakfast which varies based on my mood for food, dive into work, go into the office, client calls, prep for dinner(I Love to Cook!), more work or domestic chores, after dinner I like to enjoy a cocktail of Tequila and lime on ice, one is enough, three is too much. I end my day with some meditation and crawl into my bed which sometimes is more like a nest
