The entire experience was seamless and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Jayaram answered all of my questions thoroughly. The lobby was quite nice, with complimentary water, coffee, and area to work or sit, even I did not have to wait long. It was a great experience.

Ann is very professional, highly experienced, and trustworthy. Why I’ve continued to keep going back for Botox treatments? She keeps everything super natural! I also like how she charges for areas instead of the amount she uses. To me, this shows how she cares about the end result and not about using as much Botox as possible. I’ve never walked out looking like I’ve had too much Botox!”

A coworker had her eyelids lifted. After I saw the results, I took the risk and visited Dr Jayaram, for corrective surgery. My former surgeon did not remove enough so my eyelids were asymmetrical. I was nervous because when surgery is corrective, it’s based on someone else’s mistake. Also after my previous surgery, I was black & blue for weeks, w crusted bleeding & stitches which were not dissolving. I was under anesthesia so my spouse had to drive me. The former surgeon did not provide antibiotic cream & ice packs with poor instructions. For weeks I appeared as if I was battered. Dr Ann Jayaram, used local numbing. If my company permitted (they do not) I would advertise on her behalf. Amazing is all I can say. I walked out in less than 30 minutes. I had minor swelling, tiny amount of bruising & no bleeding. I did ice my lids frequently & followed her instructions. My eyes did not appear like I was battered at all. Since the procedure, I gave her contact info to four additional persons at work. I’m trying to convince my spouse to also get it done.

I have been going to Dr Jarayam for a few years and can highly recommend her. She is an “artiste” with botox, and aims for a natural look rather than a completely frozen face. She also encourages you to go back for a touch up if not entirely satisfied, which is refreshing. Dr Jayaram is extremely conservative with fillers compared to other people I’ve seen and as a result achieves much more natural looking results – the fillers can also be stored in the fridge at the surgery for up to a year if she doesn’t use it all, so you can use it again. She also offers a variety of other treatments, such as laser skin, resurfacing, fractal laser and lid lifts. In short I can highly recommend her practice Ellevate MD for your beauty needs!
